Summary: You can permanently delete your Scape AI Home Renovation account and its data directly in the app. Deleting your account permanently removes any remaining credits. They cannot be restored or transferred.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Scape AI Home Renovation app. This works whether or not you ever signed in with Google: a guest account can be deleted the same way.
- Tap the Settings icon (top right of the home screen)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account & Data
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
If you can’t access the app and you signed in with Google, email support.scapeapp@gmail.com from the email address of your Google account and ask us to delete it. We will process the request within 30 days. If you only ever used the app as a guest, we have no email address to verify a request against, so deleting in the app is the only way to remove that account.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and sign-in record, including the email address, name and profile photo received from Google
- Your credit balance: any remaining credits are permanently lost
- Your render count, account creation date and sign-in method
- The technical records of your design requests
- Any free-credit device record (Android device ID) linked to your account
- The design history on the device where you delete the account (your designs and the room photos saved with them)
What Is Retained, and For How Long
- Purchase records: kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes, with your account ID removed so they are no longer linked to you. RevenueCat, which processes our purchases, keeps its own records under RevenueCat’s privacy policy. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund past purchases; refund requests go through Google Play.
- Content reports you made: kept for moderation, with your account ID and the design reference removed, so they are no longer linked to you.
- Server logs: deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Short-lived request records: a record that prevents double charging is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
- Designs on other devices, or saved outside the app: design history on any other device you used is not removed until you clear it there or uninstall the app. Copies you saved to your photo gallery or shared are not affected.
We never store your room photos, your descriptions or your designs on our servers, so there is no server copy of them to delete.
