Please read these Terms carefully before using Scape AI Home Renovation. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Scape AI Home Renovation mobile application (“Scape” or the “App”) provided by Alysia Anderson, an individual (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using Scape, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Scape is an AI-powered home renovation and interior design app for personal, non-commercial use. You add photos of your own living spaces and describe the changes you want, and the App creates AI-generated visualizations of possible remodels using Google Gemini AI technology. The results are illustrations of ideas, not exact representations of your space or of any finished work.
You can open the App and prepare a design as a guest. To receive or buy credits, you must sign in with Google. Credits and purchases are tied to your account on our server, not to your device. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for all activity under your account.
Scape operates on a credit-based system. Each AI-generated design consumes one credit. If a design fails, the credit is returned automatically. New accounts that sign in with Google can claim 3 free credits once, while the offer is available.

The price of each pack is the price shown in the Google Play Store at the time of purchase. Prices may change from time to time; a price change does not affect credits you have already purchased.
All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of Google Play.
Refunds for purchases are handled through Google Play under its refund policies; you can request one from your Google Play order history. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase or to a remedy for faulty digital content (for example in the EU or UK). If a refund is granted, the credits from that purchase are removed from your account. If you need help, contact us at support.scapeapp@gmail.com.
Credits do not expire as long as your account exists. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If you delete your account, any remaining credits are permanently lost and cannot be restored.

You can report a design you find offensive, inappropriate or misleading using the flag button on the design screen. We review reports and use them to improve the safety of the service.
The Scape app and its underlying technology are owned by Alysia Anderson. You retain ownership of photos you upload. You may use AI-generated designs created from your photos for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use the App or its designs for commercial purposes.
Your use of Scape is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
SCAPE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALYSIA ANDERSON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SCAPE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Sections 10 and 11 apply only to the extent permitted by law. They do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings, then Delete Account & Data, in the App. Deleting your account permanently removes any remaining credits; they cannot be restored. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the App. Continued use of Scape after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose laws give consumers mandatory protection, you keep that protection, and nothing in these Terms takes it away. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
